Dr John Bradford is an experienced collaboration builder for high tech projects. He has over 10 years experience in the West of England region working between Universities, industry and the public / third sector. John helped deliver the successful Aerospace & Advanced Engineering iNet, Science City Bristol, and Knowledge West (industry facing collaboration between 6 local Universities). He is currently Deputy-Chair (ex-Chair) Bristol & Bath Branch of the British Science Association, and sits as a Non-Exec on a number of social enterprises. John holds a PhD in systemic change in small engineering businesses from Plymouth University.

Sibusiso Tshabalala (Sibs) is an experienced community facilitator and youth engager. He has developed restorative justice programmes, provided enterprise advice in schools and colleges, and worked with a wide range of young people in youth centres and at community events. He is passionate about helping others realise their potential and supporting those from all backgrounds to find the right path.

Mike Bartley: Dr. Mike Bartley (Founder and CEO, TVS) has a PhD in Mathematics from Bristol University, an MSc in Software Engineering and an MBA from the Open University, and over 20 years of experience in software testing and hardware verification. Dr. Bartley was formerly Chairman for ten years of the Bristol branch of the British Computer Society and is currently Chairman of the Bristol Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) and is a Technical Advisor to the National Microelectronics Institute (NMI).
Nicholas Flaherty: Nick Flaherty (Publisher and Editor-in-Chief, SW Innovation News) is a Bristol-based freelance technology writer, analyst and consultant who has covered the semiconductor and electronics markets for over 20 years, the last 15 in Bristol.
He writes the Startup Blog for Electronics Weekly and blogs at The Embedded Blog and Portable Multimedia. He has worked for Electronics Times and Electronic Engineering, edited MicroTechnology Europe and Electronic Product Design and started Automotive Electronics, as well as writing for many multinational semiconductor companies. He has written analyst reports on digital TV and personal video recorders, as well as contributing to the NESTA report on the SW electronics industry, Chips With Everything.
He is also a member of the South West Microelectronics Leadership Group.
